CLINICAL TRAINING RECORD
All of your clinical hours must be written on your Clinical Training Record and signed off at the end of each clinical training day by one of the clinic supervisors.
For Betonica Online Student Training Clinic, you will be emailed a record of attendance at the end of each term. You need to verify the record is correct and attach a copy of this to your Clinical Training Record, making sure to refer to the attached email by date in the space where the practitioner signature is required.
Failure to do so may result in loss of clinical hours. Clinical hours that need to be completed again will incur an additional charge.
Your Clinical Training Record will form part of your portfolio that you must present to be able to take the final exam and graduate the programme. It is essential that you keep an electronic copy as well as a hard copy.
